A residency means the Soigné team is yours for the duration — daily shopping, two meals per day, event nights, and full cleanup every service. You focus on the people around your table. We handle the rest.
Two consecutive meals, daily
Breakfast and lunch, or lunch and dinner — your call. Each service designed fresh around the day's best sourcing, served family-style or plated. Additional meals available at $500 per service.
Cocktail hour add-on
Heading out to dinner? Add a cocktail hour for $350 — passed canapés, drinks setup, and a proper send-off before your evening out.
Daily market sourcing
The team shops every morning — local farmers markets, fishmongers, and the finest specialty purveyors in your area. You never see the logistics.
Up to 8 guests, comfortably
The base rate covers up to 8 guests per service. Additional guests at $150 per person. For parties above 10, service is charged at 2× the meal rate.
Scratch-made, start to finish
Stocks, pastry, sauces, sides — everything built from whole ingredients in your kitchen daily. No shortcuts.
Additional staff, billed at cost
For larger services or event nights, additional staff joins the team — billed transparently at cost, no markup.

Before your residency begins, we send a detailed client preference profile covering proteins, cuisine styles, dietary restrictions, spice tolerance, and more — so the team arrives knowing exactly how your household eats.
Kitchen requirements
A chef's kitchen or high-end residential kitchen is required. The team brings all cookware, knives, and specialty tools. Tableware, glassware, and linens are client-supplied.

Residencies are available for a minimum of 3 consecutive days. Most clients book by the week, and multi-week arrangements are available for the full summer season.
All food costs are additional and billed transparently — every sourcing receipt is provided. There are no markups on ingredients. Beverages are client-supplied.
The $1,000 day rate covers two consecutive meals of your choosing. Additional meals are available at $500 per service. A cocktail hour can be added for $350.
