About the Chef

Tom Verri

I spent twenty years working my way through some of New York's most demanding kitchens — training alongside teams at Thomas Keller's TKRG and the Daniel Boulud organization, where precision and craft weren't optional.

I started Soigné at Home because I wanted to bring that same standard somewhere it hadn't really existed before: your dining room. Not a restaurant version of fine dining, not catered food, but the real thing — custom menus, day-of market shopping, plated courses, full service — in the comfort of your own home.

Every event I do is personal. I handle the menu, the sourcing, the cooking, and the cleanup myself. You show up to your own table and actually enjoy the evening.
